Privacy Policy
At Burnable, your anonymity and privacy are our core principles. We do not require personal identifiable information (PII) such as email addresses or phone numbers to create an account. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted.
Messages, files, links, and mailboxes are ephemeral by design and self-destruct after 7 days of inactivity or when burned by a user. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party data harvesters. Server logs are purged daily and do not store IP addresses alongside chat content.
By using Burnable, you acknowledge that while we secure the transmission and storage of your data, you are responsible for the content you choose to share.
Terms of Service
By accessing Burnable, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. You shall not use Burnable to distribute malware, illegal contraband, harassment, or any content that violates local or international laws.
Because accounts are anonymous, enforcement of these terms relies on automated hashing and community reporting; violating these terms will result in immediate and irreversible destruction of your sessions, links, and associated data, alongside IP-level blocks.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant Burnable a temporary license to store and transmit it until its automatic self-destruct time.
The service is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding uptime or data recovery once the self-destruct timer has elapsed.
